“A Gem of a hotel inn sylhet”

I had a very pleasant stay at Royal Mark Hotel. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout my stay. I was blown away by the greeting, i was treated like a king , i was given complimentary drinks on arrival, then I went to my room and they put some nice fruits , I loved that it was a nice touch. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and overall I was happy with the service I received. It was a good experience and iust stress i kept returning because their food was so good and o loved the staff they are amazing , also the location is so good aswell, I would happily stay here again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. I haven't found any faults, but I hope it stays like that

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, but a wider selection would be nice.
