“Value for money, child friendly stay.”
Most services were good, but the spa could have been more affordable for in‑house guests.
“Exceptionnel”
The hotel is magnificent, well‑located, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff are very attentive, the breakfast is exceptional, and it was my best hotel experience.
It was a cozy spot, and I appreciated the small kids’ playroom that kept my toddler entertained. The Thai restaurant was excellent. Ants appeared on the tables in the room every day, but room service was otherwise fine.

The location is amazing, the rooms are excellent with a spacious balcony, the staff are fantastic, and the breakfast offers so many choices.

The rooms were really comfortable and looked nice. Breakfast was generous and the pool was beautiful. The staff felt a bit business‑like and not as friendly as other places in Vietnam.
