The room was very clean and well taken care of. My room 107 was next to the utility area, and through the wall I could hear washing machines and profanity. When I asked to be moved to another free room, the administrator Nadya replied that other guests were expected there. Yet that room remained free for another nine hours after my request, raising questions about the validity of the denial. The hotel has a rule that no visitors are allowed after 21:00. Administrator Nadya knocked on my door, demanding that my visitor (a massage therapist) leave the hotel, even though that rule is nowhere written. According to the administrator, it was a verbal directive from the hotel owner. I believe guests should be warned about such restrictions in advance, at booking. The hotel is in a private area, so evening walks here are not enjoyable. There are no cafés or grocery stores nearby.
