The staff was awful and rude, refusing to help; I usually stay at Hilton hotels, but this one was terrible—just go across the street to Baymont instead, it’s much better.

Rooms feature a small refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, desk, granite‑topped en‑suite bathroom, and hairdryer. Guests enjoy an expanded continental breakfast with homemade Belgian waffles, and easy access to Old Fort Golf Course, Stones River Mall, and Nashville International Airport (30 mi).

Facility was fine. $75 fee at your supposedly 'pet friendly' hotel was outrageous and completely out of market. We will be contacting Booking. com to tell them to de-list you as pet friendly. We will not be staying at Spark again

The location was spot on, close to the restaurants and stores I usually visit, but I didn’t enjoy the continental breakfast here; my last stay at another Spark offered sausage and eggs, which I preferred.

The hotel was very clean, though it was extremely quiet and right next to shopping and dining spots.

Check‑in went smoothly even though we arrived at 2 am a day early after changing our plans; a young man named George welcomed me, understood my situation, and handled the early check‑in without issue. The next morning, when I came to check in for my original reservation, George had already taken care of everything because I looked exhausted, and his customer service made me feel like royalty. I have no complaints.
