I stayed at a place tucked into the green Umbrian countryside, so you need a car to reach Assisi’s center. The hostess, Caterina, welcomed me warmly and was ready to meet any request. The apartment was well kept and spotless. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to explore Assisi and its surroundings.

The casale sits amid greenery with a stunning view, making it perfect for exploring beautiful Umbria. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful. I also bought their locally produced olive oil, which was truly excellent! On top of that, there were three cats—one more handsome than the other. A vacation I’ll repeat.

The property is lovely. We were warmly welcomed, shown to our apartment, and our nice relaxing stay began. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom, and a well-appointed bathroom. Everything was very clean. The swimming pool was exceptional with several types of lounge chairs and tables surrounding it. The pool itself was very clean, kept so by our hostess Caterina. We highly recommend this location and will certainly look forward to returning in the future.
