The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, even when I was stressed and running late for my taxi—already arranged for me—to catch the train; they stayed calm and reassuring. Thank you so much!

The location is great, but the hairdryer didn’t work, my room faced the entrance directly, and there was zero soundproofing.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The location is nice, but the area around the hotel is very dirty.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's perfect location, which offered a tranquil atmosphere while still being close to all the major tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our queries and making us feel right at home. However, I did find it a bit challenging to navigate the hotel with a baby stroller, but the elevator made it easier to access our room. The staff were always willing to lend a helping hand, which made a huge difference in our stay.
