Nothing good at all: the breakfast was terrible, the tea was awful. Alcohol and gambling are present, making it unsafe for families or anyone else.

The area was nice and the breakfast was tasty and worth the price; the room was clean, service good, and staff polite and helpful, making it an overall good stay with some basic amenities that could use improvement. However, there were a few drawbacks: complimentary tap water was fine, but when we asked for a 1‑liter bottle it was chargeable—we had to buy it from the hotel and paid ₹87 for three bottles. The room lacked even a single glass, no soap was provided, and the TV was broken (though I never used it).

I only stayed for 2 hours, yet I paid the full price with no discount; I expected at least a 50 % discount for such a short stay and would like a refund from S M Hospitality.
