We stay here a lot, and the staff is always sweet and welcoming. We booked a room we’d used before, pointed out a couple of issues, and everything got fixed—great to see they listen. Everything else was perfect.

The location is good. Housekeeping arrives very late in the day, which is inconvenient.

I love this hotel and have stayed many times; it’s not far from the beach. The sink water never drained, a couple of lights didn’t work, and there was a dead bug in one of the beds.

The staff’s friendliness and readiness were impressive, and breakfast was quite reasonable. However, some facilities, especially the pool, could use improvement.
