I met friendly staff and the hotel is close to Disney, nothing else to complain about.

The front desk, valet attendants, and everyone else were friendly, but the brunch was a let‑down with very few options, many items out of stock, and slow restocking—only that issue matters.

The location is very convenient, breakfast is reliable, and the staff is lovely, though the room had a slightly damp smell.

The area is great, but parking is valet only, only one staff member was working, and it took too long to get service.
