I stayed in room 1103; the room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Mr Tauhiddul from housekeeping always helped with our specific requests for the room and items we needed. Mr Sajjib from laundry was excellent too—our clothes returned in great condition, and he even went out of his way to collect our laundry from the room after his shift. I had a really pleasant stay. Breakfast offered good selections, and even during high season the staff managed to secure us a table. Well done. The only issue was that sometimes when I called room service, it took a while for someone to answer, perhaps due to the One‑Stop call centre; that could use improvement.

The single bed is huge, breakfast is good, the room is nice, and the location is walkable to TRX. The parking is a bit small, and the water pressure isn’t strong enough for me.

“Happy with the choice, staff very helpful.”

The spot is pretty central, the room is spacious and the air‑con works well, plus everything stayed clean. On the downside the beds are too small and the sofa is quite uncomfortable, and the breakfast leans heavily on Malay dishes but is still acceptable.

“Great location for business stay”

The hotel sits right next to all the major malls, which is a huge plus. However, for a 5‑star property the room feels a bit dated and could use a refresh.
