The location was great, and parking was free, which I liked. The lobby and bar felt chilly, so I couldn't linger to enjoy a drink, but that was the only downside. The bar staff were fantastic!

I booked an executive room with breakfast for one night at £187, but I don’t consider the room I was in to be executive and was very disappointed.

From check‑in to check‑out everything was perfect; the staff were very helpful and professional. We had booked half‑board and the evening meal at the onsite Marco Pierre restaurant was excellent, and the buffet breakfast was very good. The room was very comfortable. Our only small complaint: please supply more milk in the rooms.

Very nice hotel, good value for money. Nice restaurant, lovely breakfast. The hot water for the bath was very slow and not hot enough
