“Comfortable”

The location is in the centre, close to many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, and we even got an upgrade. Watching the sunset from the roof with a drink was great. The corridors had a bad smell, especially in the morning.

It should be a 4+ star hotel: clean, friendly staff, and the location is the best.

“Ok hotel . Too expensive for what it can offer .”

We were just a few steps away from where we wanted to go, and the location is central. The room’s perfume was too strong, and breakfast was very poor. For the 4 nights we paid 1,476.00 euro, there was no lotion or slippers in the room. When I asked on the last day why they weren’t provided, we were told we should have asked reception. I’m not a new traveler, and this isn’t how you attract customers—saving on slippers or lotion is a cheap way to cut costs. They claimed it was “sustainability,” but that’s not convincing. Reception left a lot to be desired. The only bright spot was the young lady who helped us at 3:00 am when we checked out; she did her best to prepare and grab food for us to take to the airport for breakfast. She was attentive and proactive. I booked breakfast because my sister has walking difficulties, but the lessons learned: better to have breakfast outside—hotel breakfast here is poor.
