The gentleman was friendly, but there was no water in the room, a motor pump was used and arrived only briefly, the room door didn’t close properly, a dog got in, there were too many dogs and one jumped on us, the hotel is 15 minutes by boat and only includes one entrance and exit, additional transport is very expensive, there’s no cell signal and Wi‑Fi only in the dining area, not in the rooms.

The hotel's stunning natural surroundings and excellent service make for a memorable stay. However, the absence of a TV in the room is a notable omission.

The hotel's surroundings are indeed beautiful, but the steep price tag makes it hard to justify. Unfortunately, guests may fall victim to scams, with some experiencing issues with card payments that are never resolved or refunded.
