We canceled the booking and left without ever checking into the hotel. The operation felt disorganized and uncomfortable; our contact details were handed over to third parties who arranged paid transport to the facilities. In the end, we canceled the booking because we had no idea who was supposed to pick us up and drive us to the hotel area.

What a fun-filled and exciting day at Rum Luxury camp. Our tour guide, sleman, ensured we had an amazing experience. I highly recommend this tour; the views were stunning and breathtaking. The tours were a lot of fun, and the food was delicious
