Riad Tampacao

We spent 4 days absolutely extraordinary at Riad Tampacao. The place is magnificent, decorated with a lot of taste and has a real soul. But what makes the experience unforgettable is the team: a huge thank you to Khadija and Fatima for their warm welcome and delicious food, to Abdel for his good humor and cultural anecdotes, and to Saïd for his gold‑plated patience in the souks. Finally, thanks to our host Ann, who helped us organize this custom trip perfectly and shared her superb addresses. Reality turned out even more beautiful than our dreams, we leave with stars in our eyes. You can book with your eyes closed! RaS

“Bien mais je ne recommande pas”

The riad itself is superb, very well decorated. We especially liked Khadija, who was very attentive to us. Once inside, the bustle of the medina fades away. When we arrived there was a major water damage incident and one of the rooms was completely soaked and absolutely unpleasant for sleeping or storing belongings. We were many and arrived in waves (I was in the last group), and unfortunately there was a communication issue with Ann; I was surprised because the exchanges had been super smooth before that. I found the owner to be bad faith regarding the damage; we negotiated a compensation but it was complicated and not offered spontaneously by the owner, which was a shame. All in all it was a good stay but we won’t return and I would not recommend this accommodation.

“Un séjour pour un EVJF exceptionnel !”

A big thank you to Ann, the owner, who was more than just a host! She was available and gave great advice throughout our stay, especially for recommending and booking great places. The Riad Tampacao is magnificent, decorated with great taste, and ideally located to enjoy the medina and souks on foot. And especially, a special mention for Fatima, Khadija and their sister, who are lovely! 🥰 They welcomed us with so much kindness and showed us Moroccan hospitality through cuisine, culture and even massages. We were 9 for a bachelorette party and had a great stay in Marrakech. The Riad Tampacao really helped make this weekend even more special. Thank you for your hospitality, kindness and all those good moments! ❤️ We’ll come back with great pleasure! No negatives.

“Fantastische Riad”

We had an extraordinary fantastic holiday with our friend group at the most fantastic spot in Marrakesh! A beautiful Riad in the middle of the medina on a top location with everything within walking distance! 5 beautiful rooms. A 1001 Nights fairy tale! A wonderful rooftop with lounge beds and a pool to cool off. The most special thing we found was the incredibly warm welcome by Ann and her daughter and Fatima, Meryam and Khadija who made us all feel at home! With so much care and love, they offer service of the highest level! Thank you so much for these unforgettable days at this beautiful place. Nothing at all!
