The hygiene, location and friendliness of the staff were great, and they were very customer‑oriented. The place is a bit dated, but it doesn’t bother me.

The central location and secure parking were convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and both the room and the hotel itself were clean. The rooms offer the standard amenities. However, they lack charm and feel like a typical formula hotel.

“A gem at this price.”

The hotel sits in the old, somewhat grimy part of town, but the rooms are clean, modern and the Wi‑Fi is good; the staff are very friendly and helpful, and breakfast each morning is decent. The room size is reasonable for the price, making it a real find. The adjacent café (closed on Sundays until mid‑afternoon) is also pleasant, with a reasonable selection of food and drinks. The only downside is that the surrounding city area is dirty, and, like many hotels in the region, the bare tiled corridors amplify noise, especially at night. Other than that, no complaints.

The staff were friendly. I hate to write a negative review, but this place just isn’t very nice. I’ve stayed twice, and each time my room on an upper floor was very hot and the AC couldn’t cool it down. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant is not good.

The hotel was clean, the beds were great, and the bathroom was good. The staff were fantastic, and the business café was a nice spot to have a drink.
