The room was spotless, and I received a complimentary voucher for the terrace bar. The neighboring room was noisy, but after I mentioned it at the front desk they moved me to a different room.

Location. Bad communication with the hotel. Booked for 3 adults and were given a room with two single beds

The staff were friendly, but the hotel sits in a quiet area near Ben Thanh market and the breakfast was awful for a 5* property; the staff at the breakfast were not friendly at all, all the towels in the bathroom were old, worn out, and grey, so it was clearly a 3* star hotel, not 5*.

Everything, including the location, is within walking distance, and there were no problems.
