The WoodSpring Suites is conveniently near our destination. The staff we interacted with were kind and pleasant, though not very outgoing. Check‑in was smooth but felt very robotic. Your reservation is for 3 nights; is this the correct credit card you want us to bill? Here are your keys; you’re on the second floor, when you get off the elevator, turn to the left, and go down that hallway. The room was nice. The wooden floor was fine, but it was dirty. We booked 3 nights, bought a Swiffer floor mop to clean the floor. I didn’t like that you didn’t serve even the modest breakfast selections. Your coffee selection is terrible, with no creamers, etc. I didn’t like the limited staffing. We checked out with no one available at the front desk. The pet‑friendly “odor” needs addressing.
