Everything advertised in the photos and description is a complete contradiction! We checked into a room that was full of dust and dirty, and it had not been cleaned for a long time (even though we booked a week in advance). We went to the reception to resolve the issue, and they told us there were no cleaners and the administrator would only be there tomorrow. We asked for a mop and started wiping the floors to get by until the next day. (Finding a new hotel was difficult because of the season.) At the reception before bed, we warned that we would be out all day tomorrow and asked for the room to be cleaned. They said, “OF COURSE, we will do it.” When we returned from our trip, the room had a puddle near the window and bed (rain had seeped in through the windows), the bedding was dirty, the floors were dirty, and everything else was the same. We got back late at night, went to the reception, and they sent us far away and for a long time. In the morning we went again to sort things out, and a girl spoke to us nicely and offered to move us to another room for a day while it was cleaned, but we found a new hotel. So we asked for a refund and to part on good terms. She offered us to move out, and next time we come to Georgia, we would stay with them for the same number of days, only in a “luxury” room. We politely declined and asked for our money back – we paid in cash, and they said the money could only be refunded after a month. We agreed, exchanged contacts, and noted that they owe us. After a month we started writing and calling them, but there was silence. Three months have passed, and the staff still ignore us! I do not recommend considering this hotel – it is real deception. They lure you with pictures, but in reality it is complete ruin.
