The place is close to the university. However, the ad promised a double room, but I only received one; a second room would cost extra. Cleanliness was terrible: the house was dusty, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned (poop remained in the toilet bowl and it never flushed), hair was everywhere, towels smelled bad, and the duvet and comforter had a foul odor from being unwashed. Wifi didn't work even after the owner gave the password, and when I asked for help, the owner didn't reply.
