“Wonderful place”

The room was very clean and the balcony offered a wonderful view. The host was kind and warm, making the stay reassuring. The property is close to Rome’s San Paolo station and surrounded by a quiet residential area, so the location is calm. Unfortunately, my schedule was packed and I couldn’t enjoy the breakfast that had been prepared, which was a bit disappointing. Still, it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

The room was cozy and clean, and Mrs. Franca is very kind. The little balcony on Rome’s rooftops is truly enchanting.

“Camera con vista tetti di Roma , Gazometro e campanile San Paolo”

A room with a terrace in a quiet, green part of Rome. The room had all the comforts and was just a few steps from the San Paolo metro. Nothing else to mention.

“Schön, aber wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen.”

The balcony was great, the room and bathroom were nice, and the location was good for public transport. On arrival there was no name sign on the front door; you had to call to find out whom to ring. The Italian breakfast time had to be set the day before – a slice of cake or a croissant and a cappuccino – and a table was left in the hallway accordingly. A special request for one breakfast at 07:30 was denied. All communication was only via WhatsApp, and polite questions were answered in a rude, impersonal way without greetings or names. The shower water was not always hot. Towels were only changed every three days, supposedly standard for a bed & breakfast. The room lacked dish soap or a dishcloth. The chair and cushions on the balcony should have been cleaned. We didn’t feel welcome.
