ChiChi Hotel Sapa

I booked this place on a whim, thinking it'd be a cheap place to crash for the night. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a weird experience. The layout and design of the hotel were pretty strange, and the atmosphere felt a bit off. The room was dusty and the bed was rock hard, which made for a pretty uncomfortable night's sleep. I didn't have high expectations to begin with, but this place still managed to disappoint.

I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel - they were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was exactly as described, and I felt really comfortable during my stay. The whole experience was top-notch, and I'd definitely come back here again.

The staff were really nice and offered 24-hour check-in, which was great. The shower and bathroom were decent for the price. However, the beds were ridiculously hard, and I left my laundry to be washed overnight (40,000 dong per kilo) but had to wait until 8am to get it back, and it was a bit damp. At least they didn't charge me extra for it.

“Great”

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The only downside was that the beds weren't the most comfortable, but considering the prices, I couldn't really complain. Overall, it was a great property and I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and accommodating, which made a big difference to my stay. The room was a decent size, and I didn't have any major complaints. So far, so good!
