“I do not recommend this Motel 6 to anyone with Children. Too dangerous”

Not much more to say. I was glad they had a Security Officer, but he was just hanging out in the office. It is not a good or safe place to stay anymore; it used to be. I told the staff that the person next door to us was sitting at his door smoking a cigarette. I asked to be moved, and I was told since they already gave me a key I couldn’t be moved. I told them I did not even use the key and had to insist that I be moved. They reluctantly moved me, but the staff was not very courteous.

“Do not stay here. The manager only cares about himself”

I checked in and did not stay because they failed to tell me there was no AC working in the hot weather, and they still haven’t given me my refund! I will be calling every day! The front desk said the manager gives no refunds, which to me is illegal because it’s false advertisement for AC online. The only reason we were going to stay there was the AC, but every single thing, including a manageable situation, we still haven’t been able to talk to.
