The location is perfect, right next to a restaurant that serves decent food at reasonable prices.
The large window allowed natural light to pour in, and breakfast was included (although we didn't get to enjoy it).
The hot spring was super relaxing, and the pool area was nice to unwind in.
The room was spotless.

We had a great time soaking in the two large hot‑spring pools, but the bed was so sensitive that even a slight movement from the person next to me was very noticeable.
The hot spring soak was really pleasant, but the surroundings were terrible and there were way too many cockroaches.
The bathtub is huge, the water flow is generous, and soaking in the room was very comfortable.
I booked a king‑size bed but was given two twin beds pushed together, and to make matters worse there were fleas that kept me up all night, leaving me with almost no sleep.
