Cleanliness, among other things… I don’t know why you’re offering accommodation through Booking or other platforms, just keep a few rooms for these customers and tidy them up. I won’t come back to this place in my life!

The room was clean and the bed sheets were also clean, but there was no space in the kitchen to cook or even make tea. This hostel seems intended for people who work in a factory and stay for months; they have their own dishes and cutlery, so you can’t cook anything. The kitchen is very dirty and smelly, and the people who live there don’t clean it themselves. The check‑in process was hard and long, and the man at reception pretended not to understand us, even though we tried to speak Slovak or English. He insisted we could only speak perfect Slovak or English and didn’t help.

At least the bed wasn’t as dirty as the rest of the facility, but the place is criminally unsafe and dirty, only men stay there, and you’ll feel unsafe if you’re a woman. It takes 40 minutes by public transport from the city, in the middle of nowhere, and the area is very unsafe. It isn’t worth the money, smells horribly of the kitchen, there are no lights in the corridors, and the bathrooms are unclean with dirty clothes everywhere.

Great staff attitude and excellent communication at the reception, everything is new and clean, tidy!!!.beautifully white linens, good beds, entrance foyer is spacious and bright, quiet place, parking without problems! highly recommended!!!
