Steven at the front desk was delightful, welcoming, and full of helpful ideas and information; everything was clean and the room was well appointed with all the necessities, the beds were comfortable, and the noon checkout was a nice touch. The only downside was that the comforter was a bit heavy, which is a preference issue.

I love the building’s look, it’s spotless and the location is great; nothing to complain about.

The room was good, and the Starbucks‑style food offerings were solid, but the bathroom mirror lacked adequate light for makeup.
