The experience was amazing, with a private area that felt like ours, right in the middle of the forest. Animals actually came to the yard and even past the fence—birds, monkeys, antelopes, and giraffes. The kitchen was incredible and exclusively ours. It was completely quiet, only hearing the jungle sounds. John was fantastic, taking us on a tour to the lake. The location is a drawback; it’s on the far side of the lake, so the drive is relatively long, signage is hard to read, and although it’s close to the lake, you can’t just walk there—you need accompaniment.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this place might be worth considering. The surroundings are serene and quiet, and it's a great spot to unwind. But the name - Acacia Camp, not Enjoy the Silence - is a bit confusing, to say the least.

The tent and kitchen were both top-notch, and the location was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The only downside was that the kitchen appliances could have done with a bit of maintenance - a few things were a bit broken or worn out.

The location and structure of this place were both great, but there was a bit of a problem with the advertising. We were expecting to be able to pop out to a shop or two, but it turned out we were completely cut off. It would have been good to have been warned about that before we booked.
