The lakefront spot, the distinctive building, the warm welcome, and the genuinely friendly staff member made the stay great, and the food was excellent—overall a lovely experience.

The environment was beautiful and the staff were warm. Suddenly the weather got chilly, there was no heating, and the room felt a bit cold.

The hotel sits nicely by the lake, and we enjoyed a beer right on the shore; the meals, both dinner and breakfast, were very good. It would be nice to have a covered parking spot for motorcycles.
