The room was as described, clean and in good condition, and the location was great.

It was a great location for an event we did, close to restaurants, too. Parking was across the street as stated in the directions. This is an old house, lots of antiques, wood creaky floors. The mattress could be updated as you could see two sink areas where people sleep. This house could have great potential for beautiful landscaping, and the grounds could use a little TLC.

The hotel sits in central downtown Sturgeon Bay, the bath towels and bed linens are clean, yet the couch in the Chancery room smells like various human fluids; I’ve worked in hotel service and know it hasn’t been deep‑cleaned in a long time—fix that and the stay would have been perfect.

Parking was easy, entry was smooth, the room was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure.
