“A very good, reliable option in this area.”
1. The staff were warm, helpful, prompt and efficient. 2. I liked the room décor and quality; it was spacious, the bathrooms were clean and roomy, and all amenities were present. It felt safe, pleasant and comfortable overall. 3. Problems such as a faulty TV box were fixed right away when mentioned. 4. They allow ordering food from outside the hotel. 5. They were generous in letting us delay checkout. 1. There is no separate fire exit; the only staircase in the center of the building is the sole way down besides the lifts, so we were moved from a 4th‑floor room to the best available on the 2nd floor. I strongly recommend adding a fire‑exit escape at the back. 2. The food and beverage menu is significantly overpriced, but fortunately you can order in via Swiggy/Zomato, who, to my surprise, can deliver all the way to the room. 3. The rooms have no outside view or balcony; they all face the central lobby, with only a small front window overlooking the lobby. 4. No room slippers. 5. Towels seemed worn out. 6. Bed sheets and pillows were clean but had some stains.

Everything was good except the restaurant only offered vegetable meals; the room is very spacious. The restaurant didn’t serve any meat, which I understand is because the hotel follows a vegetarian style.
The rooms were clean and the food was excellent.
The stay was awesome, the food tasty, definitely recommend.
