Borjomi Palace Health & Spa Center is situated in Borjomi town centre, 800 metres from the Mineral Water Park. The hotel features a spa centre, gym, and Georgian Wine House Restaurant. Rooms have flat-screen TVs, kettles, and minibars. On-site amenities include a sauna, billiards, and karaoke bar. Borjomi Train Station is a 10-minute walk away, with Tbilisi International Airport 170 km distant.

The room was nice and the shower worked well, but the spa felt more like a hospital than a relaxing spot, and the indoor pool was tiny. Breakfast was bad and tasted awful, with only instant coffee available. Talking to the staff was difficult, and overall the place had a hospital or recovery‑center vibe.
