The bed was fairly comfortable and there were a few snacks, but the drinks were left in the fridge and never retrieved. The shower in the bathroom didn’t work, the toilet had a black, grimy border that was so unpleasant it made me feel sick, and the toothbrush cup in the bathroom was so dirty I couldn’t use it. The lights in the room didn’t adjust properly, and the wallpaper facing the street was so garish it made me dizzy. I booked two rooms—one triple and one double—but was given only a thin blanket and a double bed in the triple room, which was absurd. I asked to switch to a standard double room and was told to pay an extra 20,000 won. I felt embarrassed and apologized because my siblings were dissatisfied and complained; I’ll look around for other options next time.
