Guest rooms have cable TV, air conditioning, coffee makers, and bottled water. A gym, business center, and free airport transfers are also offered, with El Acueducto Restaurant serving Mexican and international cuisine.

The room was dirty, towels were filthy, carpets were grimy, the elevator had many faults, and the front‑desk staff were incompetent.

I liked the great location, the pretty pool, and the friendly staff; we had an issue with the first room, but the helpful receptionist swapped us for a room next to the elevator under repair. The facilities are old, renovations are underway but they didn’t respect guests’ sleep—our city party guests arrived at dawn and elevator repairs started at 9 am, which was disrespectful. The next night the adjacent room had a party at 4 am with loud shouting, and staff didn’t intervene until an hour later—poor service. The first room’s air conditioner didn’t work and the bathroom was dirty.

The pool was a bit neglected but still a good size. The room was somewhat old and the air conditioner made a lot of noise, needing an upgrade.
