It was truly a small slice of paradise. The location looked like a postcard, well cared for and relaxing, but the real added value was the staff: welcoming, caring, and capable of making you feel at home from the first moment. Excellent treatment from every point of view. Highly recommended!

We are a Florentine couple who spent 11 days at this very welcoming and comfortable place in the middle of Umbrian countryside. The property was well maintained, clean, and had a beautiful pool surrounded by greenery. Owners Franco and his daughter helped us find beautiful corners of the Valnerina with their advice. The Marmore Falls are a short walk from the agriturismo. It was a wonderful experience both humanly and touristically. Thanks to Franco and his daughter for pampering us throughout our stay. We stayed for seven nights in this farmhouse surrounded by nature, featuring a beautiful modern pool. At booking we were told the bathroom in our studio (the ‘Mandorlo’) would be suitable for people with disabilities, so it lacked a shower cubicle or curtain. That would be fine if there were an efficient drain, but the water tends to stagnate and trickle slowly, flooding the whole bathroom. Even worse, right in front of the open shower is a small glazed window with no blinds or shutters, overlooking the living room of the adjacent studio, which is a bit embarrassing because even a slight height difference lets you see into it. The bed sits directly between two doors that connect to the neighboring studios, so every breath is audible. Room cleaning was rough: spiders and webs everywhere—while I understand it’s an agriturismo and insects are normal, I’ve never seen this in other green surroundings; dust covered every sill and was trapped deep in the HVAC unit, which is a problem for an asthmatic like me. Finally, the description on Booking should note that the air‑conditioning is centralised and not controllable by guests; to get some fresh air you have to message the owner on WhatsApp (hoping they see it—on the last night we were left without it even though we texted at 20:00) to turn it on. The unit is switched off early in the night (2‑3 am) even though the room temperature stays above the set‑point.

The location is tucked into nature and offers tranquility, yet it’s just a stone’s throw from all the major cultural and natural attractions in the area. The pool is fantastic for unwinding after a day of hill trekking in Umbria. Everything was perfect.
