A very good place, a comfortable room, everything needed is there. The check‑in system is convenient; you don’t need keys or cards. No complaints.

“Très beau logement, très bien situé, propreté et confort parfaits.”

The facilities were excellent, the smart TV could connect to your own Netflix, Apple TV, and other subscriptions and was top. Cleanliness and the work of the cleaning ladies were truly above usual standards. The accommodation was in the city centre, in beautiful streets, very close to the beach and it was really pleasant, close to all restaurants. Snacks and drinks in the room were replaced if consumed, which is also a real plus. Daniel (our contact for management) was super responsive to any question. Having a parking spot a few dozen metres from the accommodation is highly appreciated. The fridge was a bit weak (it was cold but not very cold) – just a small detail.

“Good central location.clean, modern and works”

The location in central Pescara is great. Having a small apartment gives more space. Parking is available at a nearby public lot. The bed is unfortunately very uncomfortable and a bit hard to sleep on.

“Sehr schöne praktische Unterkunft in bester Lage”

The location is spot‑on, and the facilities are practical and comfy; the minibar is included and refilled daily, everything worked smoothly—this was our second visit. The only downside was that the older rooms had beds that were a bit too soft for me.
