The check‑in staff were pleasant and even offered us an 11 am checkout, and the housekeeping team was very polite and efficient. Everything else made us feel very comfortable.

The spot is definitely central, right beside all public transport and surrounded by many bars and restaurants. It can get noisy because the tram line runs right next to it and rattles through the streets frequently.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms felt very cozy and spotless, though you could hear people coming and going quite distinctly.
