“CUIDADO ESTAFA!!”
I can’t say anything I liked. BE CAREFUL—SCAM!!! The room we booked and the photos show doesn’t exist; the one we received is completely different. The place is filthy, damp, and stinks. The staff are very unfriendly, and you can’t reach them because they always answer with an AI, just like to these comments. You have to call every time you want to enter, and they don’t offer proper gel or towels. The area is very unsafe and far from the center, we felt very scared.
