The spot is gorgeous, overlooking a dam and river, and it's super quiet and secluded. I appreciated how secure the place felt, especially since it's in a remote area. Nothing to complain about.

The house matches every photo – beautiful, peaceful, and with no neighbors, so it felt like the whole space was just ours. It’s huge, with plenty of bathrooms, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Housekeeping comes every morning. The air feels cold because of the dam, but there are two fireplaces; they supply firewood and clean the fireplaces each morning.

Beautiful, peaceful, spacious. Staff came 1 hour before check out. Had us moving under pressure when we were supposed to enjoy our last few minutes of the stay. Still waiting for communication regarding our R2000 deposit

We really enjoyed our time at Lavetta and will definitely book another stay there; we have no negative comments about Lavetta.
