The owner refuses to issue an invoice, claiming that as a tourist accommodation he's not obliged, even though I paid in advance by credit card through Booking; I don't understand how he can deny it. Also, the bathroom curtain falls on your body when you shower, filling everything with water and risking a fall; the towels are due for retirement. The owners live in the neighboring house and are quite noisy when going up and down, they should soundproof better.
