The hotel is close to the train station, but the dishes on the table have some odd residue, and there’s no sugar, salt, or similar items. A strong, lingering smell of unwashed socks pervades the whole place.

The location was good, and the old lady was very friendly and helped me with a late check‑in at 23:30, which is rare in Ukraine these days. However, I was disturbed by noise until 3 am because another guest was watching a movie in his bed, and then alarm clocks blared at 6 am while the admin switched on the room light at 7 am. The mattress was not very comfortable, so I only slept three hours in total—better than nothing, but not sustainable over several nights. This hostel is fine for a one‑night emergency stay if you need a late check‑in and early checkout and have no better option.

The neighbors were friendly, and overall I had no complaints.

The host was good, but the room is sparsely populated and everyone keeps their phones on loud music until 2 am, showing a lack of regard for others or perhaps a lack of education.
