The room sleeps two on a double bed, with an extra bed and a crib available on request, and offers a seating area, wardrobe, clothes rack, fan, single‑room air conditioning, and a flat‑screen TV with cable channels. The private bathroom includes a shower, an additional toilet, free toiletries, towels and bath linens.

“A big Thumbs down”
The surroundings were sylvan and the staff friendly, but the owner’s attitude was a major let‑down; we were literally thrown out because we mistakenly thought it was a 24‑hour checkout, yet they never checked our plans like they usually do even at smaller places. The internet cut off at 12 noon without any notice, showing a very inhospitable management. I had played fair: first I booked a room without confirming, then on 3 July I could have cancelled and re‑booked for INR 258 less. The free breakfast was just food bought from outside—Idli, Dosa, etc. Housekeeping could use improvement: the front door hinges need oiling, the AC set at 20 °C still felt warm, water trickled in, and the towels were not absorbent. The room was too small for a double; my friend and I received only 2 pillows, 1 blanket (probably not washed), 1 towel, 1 soap, etc. Better accommodation exists in Tenkasi for INR 2,055 per day, the amount I paid or less.
Every amenity was excellent, and the swimming pool felt very private.
Nice, but it was a bit too quiet.
I liked it, but there were also some downsides.
