Location and accommodation. The street has construction and sales stalls.

The location, the room with balcony, the style and colours of the room. Breakfast was also good! Lunch was also good. The automation at the headboard. Only one elevator, and it was the only one on the floor I was on. Small leak in the bathroom sink.

The spot is great, right next to the basilica, but when the room was cleaned they only swapped the bath towels and left the bed sheets untouched.
