The location was fine, but the staff at check‑in and check‑out were not pleasant or welcoming, seemed a bit indifferent toward guests, and when we asked for a taxi to Xcaret we felt cheated after learning the normal fares.

I booked a room two hours before arrival: the hotel was colorful, with exposed walls, right in the heart of the pedestrian zone and just a few meters from the famous Coco Bongo club, but the music didn’t carry at night. The staff were super friendly and the price was reasonable.
