The location was okay. First, it took 20 minutes to get a room. Second, the room wasn’t cleaned and smelled. Third, I didn’t get the room I’d booked because the staff had it on hold for someone else; my reservation didn’t guarantee a room. The hotel was dirty and rundown; staff seemed clueless. The computer system failed to show available rooms, so I had to wait for someone to fix the door keypad before I could enter. There were no trash cans in the room, the TV was almost broken on its stand, and the remote had tape holding the batteries but still didn’t work. I left the TV on all night to drown out people talking at the front desk. I could go on, but I’ll stop here.

I never even got to see the place; halfway there I got a call that it was closed, so I had to scramble for another hotel. They said they'd honor the reservation price because of another hotel's cancellation, but they didn’t, and I ended up paying almost twice as much.
