The place was clean, well‑located, within walking distance to a big mall and tasty food just around the corner. The staff on Level 1 were not warm or friendly, refused an early check‑in request, and we had to store our luggage ourselves, though at least it was free.

We stayed for the first and last nights of our seven‑night trip to Korea at ROKAUS. The location is perfect, with Yongsan Station, several bus lines, two metro stations, and a large mall right next to the hotel. The view from the room is great, and the breakfast buffet is generous.

The hotel’s proximity to the subway and bus stops was great, the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was quiet, and the view from the 25th floor was impressive. No negatives.

The spot is spot on—right in front of the station—and the room’s wall art is a modern masterpiece by Lee Woo‑Fan. The décor is sleek and contemporary, and the suite’s layout let my daughter use the king‑size zone while we parents stayed in the twin zone. The mini‑kitchen, dining area, washer, and stove were all handy, and the bathroom offered a great view, making the stay very comfortable. Nothing to complain about.
