The bed comfort was exceptional, and the staff were 10/10! Everything I liked.

The view of the pool and the sea is gorgeous, the service is excellent, every staff member is very friendly, and the hotel is spotless. The food is mediocre; coming from Oaxaca I expected more local dishes or less seasoning, there was no dessert variety—only one cake that tasted like nicuatole, the coffee was overly roasted, and the drinks were too sweet; for all-inclusive it wasn’t worth it, so we ended up eating out.

The location is good. Everything else was awful—poor service, not recommended. The hotel didn’t have the pool open at a beach destination and they didn’t warn us, which was a bad experience for both Booking and the hotel.
