Only the view from the room was good. First they told me to cancel the booking through the app, then they sold me the same room at a much higher price. I felt cheated, but I had no other choice.

This hotel doesn't exist. The pictures belong to a hotel called icon heritage. We had to pay double to stay. You need to check the and remove this hotel. We were also provided with a hotel phone no that doesn't work

Be careful with this place, it's a complete scam. They'll lure you in with great prices and timely updates, but what they don't tell you is that the property doesn't even exist in Bakkhali. I was shocked to find out that the photos and reviews were all fake, and the owners were just running a con. If you're still interested in taking the risk, try calling the property managers and see how long it takes them to hang up on you - good luck with that.
