The room was a great size, with a kitchenette that was perfect for self-catering. The towels were super soft and there were even bathrobes provided. However, I was a bit miffed that there were no glasses in the kitchen, just cups - and no water or glass to fill them with either. It would've been nice to have a few basic utensils like a kitchen knife, which was noticeably missing.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but the noise from the streets and nearby bars was a real issue. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the security team seemed to be a different story altogether. I had a few run-ins with them, and to be honest, their attitude was a bit off-putting. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the overall experience was marred by the security team's behavior.
