Staying at Fernanda’s place turned out to be a solid experience – she’s friendly, always ready to lend a hand, and the house felt safe and welcoming. Its location made it easy to get around Córdoba, which was a big plus. The downside was the heat: the fans just weren’t enough to keep the room cool, and the Wi‑Fi lagged when many guests were online.

I booked the HA! Resi (my dad arranged it) as a base for a language school nearby and it ended up being an amazing stay. From the moment I arrived in the early hours, Fernanda’s “mom‑mode” hospitality was obvious – she greets you, sets up tours, and even joins the group outings, which made my solo trip feel special. The only gripe is that the two‑week stint flew by way too fast, leaving me wishing for a few more days. Still, Fernanda’s focus on comfort and value makes me want to return.

The place looks like something out of a movie – absolutely gorgeous – and the manager was super helpful, even taking the time to introduce me around to everyone.

The bed was comfy and the dining area worked well for both breakfast and lunch, plus the whole place felt roomy enough to pick a spot without hassle. There’s a study nook too, though I didn’t need it. On the flip side, basic stuff like matches and wipes weren’t shared, and you can’t expect hotel‑style toiletries – no towels, soap, or shampoo provided.
