“Okay”
We were greeted very warmly. Abu picked us up from the ferry and served us delicious hibiscus tea as a welcome. The room was as described. The bathroom in our room was very small but acceptable. Abu is generally friendly and helpful if you need anything. We took a short boat trip to a Nubian village and the botanical garden with him one day. We also had our laundry washed, which worked very well and the clothes smelled great afterward. The owner pointed out the possibility of a breakfast box for early departures, but on one day it unfortunately didn’t work. Supposedly tourists from the adjacent room took our breakfast box. The idea that someone in a very small accommodation has to leave very early, leaves the room at roughly the same time, and then takes two bags that were left in front of another room seemed highly unlikely and more like an excuse. The towels were odd and not very absorbent; whenever you used them, your whole body was covered in lint. The breakfast timing needs improvement. You get the breakfast and then, after having your meal, you’re asked for a drink. It takes so long that you finish your food before it arrives.
